Job application help
 

I've applied for a few jobs (9) and as much as i hate this place..... i'm prepared to wait until the right job comes along!

Well I had 2 calls on Friday asking for interviews with me so have arranged these. Had a call today for another one (at this point i'm starting to think didn't think my CV was that good) :p

Anyway to cut a long story short....... two of my interviews been sent the details on email and they are based in the same building, on the same floor :confused:. So have done a bit of googling and the only information i can find on these companies is job adverts, no company website at all. :smt087 So after a bit more investigation on Companies House Website, they both have the same registered office up in Nottingham and were both registered within days of each other in October 2008.

Now my other interview i'm going to go to, as i've heard of the company as has drew and my parents as a good marketing company. But my gut is telling me not to touch these other two...............

what would you do...... go or not? :confused:

Go along, find out what they are, report back and then spread the word in the local press ;)

They are Promotional Marketing Trainee & Marketing and Business Development

hhmmm...well....they all say sales to me....

and if the registerd office is in nottingham and from what you have said,.it sound to me like the company i work for (sort off..all different companies under one umbrella...ie, the office i work in in bristol has 4 seperate companies in....but ultimately the same CEO's with different directors....) but all have registered offices in nottingham....even tho head office is in derby.....

could you pm me what they are called...cuz if it is the same company umbrella....id stear clear and will tell u in pm why!

This was my concern that it turns out to be a sales company dressed as a "Marketing Company", as I know its not what Lily wants. I guess there is no harm going just dont want it to be a wasted trip.
