Fitting/ Mounting a Tom Tom V2
After months of deliberating (and reading the latest Ride where there didnt seem to be a huge diffence twixt the TT and Garmin, Ive bought a Sat Nav - Tom Tom Rider V2.
Now - where the hell do you mount it on a pointy S?](*,) |

Get one of these: http://www.telferizer.co.uk/ and a Ram Mount arm for it.
In the long run it is far cheaper, stronger, easier to adjust, easier to see/use and less hassle than modifying one of the the existing mounting kits to fit. As always, whatever method you choose tether the GPS to something other than the arm, so if the arm fails, you don't lose the whole lot. On a related note, I found when mounting on the bars that it vibed far more than the telefrizer one and after about 15K miles the vibrations knackered the TomTom's SD card's contact points as they were scratched by the constant movement. 10K+ on the Telefrizer and there's no hint of any wear and tear on it or the SD card. |

Re: Fitting/ Mounting a Tom Tom V2
OK I have a curvy but I just moved the brake over a little and clipped it to the clip-on. once on there fitted fine. If you are manoeuvring and it catches the screen it just moves on its mount as its a ball joint. Fits great!
