Trip from the bottom to the top.
 

The week of the 10th October I'm looking to travel up to Scotland. Now I've been looking at flights but I also though of a trip on the bike. Now I could just do the whole trip in one long painful bast, but I thought it would be nice to stop at a few places and maybe have a look around at this glorious country of ours.
So would anyone care for the company of the Grinch as I travel across this fair land, maybe for a stop to eat at a nice local spot and such?

At the moment this is not a 100% I'm just trying to get some ideas.

Well you have the Peaks and then the Dales and the Lakes for a few decent roads ;)

Depends which way you wanna take it big boy ;) Rough and hard, or smooth and gentle ;)

Getting up I always find a difficulty when planning :( Till you hit the peaks there isn't much. Spose I'm just not willing to explore.

Wheres the end destination?

Last time I had to go to Ayrshire I went M1 to Sheffield, across Snake Pass and then up the West Coast.

How long you planning on being up there Grinch?

May come up with you then go visit my folks or something :)

No other holiday plans this year so if I still have the time free :)
