forl oil

Never heard of forl oil mate:)

Re: forl oil
For starters 10w is recommended from manuals. Depends on your weight I use 15W, a few would say thats a bit stiff for my weight, but I prefer my eyeballs to bounce less ;-)
IS that what you were asking, as your question was a little vague |

Re: forl oil
Well, I can't really say as I'm not knowledgeable enough. Although judging by the amount of gentlemen on here that are a lot heavier than me.....15W is the way to go(I've noticed many threads with blokes saying they have 15W). It certainly feels firm, and I swear its more smooth over bumps, but I have got new springs in my forks too.
Suppose its down to personal preference |
Re: forl oil
cheers for that.

Re: forl oil
'wrong side of 16 stone'.......beginning to regret making a sarcy comment now ! :)
Sorry I can't be of any useful help...its a mod I've been thinking of myself. |
Re: forl oil
15w should be fine. Once you get towards my weight (19 stone ) then there is the option of 20w.
