hey guys, looking to refresh my forl oil next weekend. any heads up on the oil that would be best suited??

For starters 10w is recommended from manuals. Depends on your weight I use 15W, a few would say thats a bit stiff for my weight, but I prefer my eyeballs to bounce less ;-)
IS that what you were asking, as your question was a little vague

Well, I can't really say as I'm not knowledgeable enough. Although judging by the amount of gentlemen on here that are a lot heavier than me.....15W is the way to go(I've noticed many threads with blokes saying they have 15W). It certainly feels firm, and I swear its more smooth over bumps, but I have got new springs in my forks too.

Suppose its down to personal preference

15w should be fine. Once you get towards my weight (19 stone :shock:) then there is the option of 20w.
