Stay awake or go to sleep?
 
Got a flight at 6:30, but have to be at Newcastle airport for check in at 4:30, but I'm an hour away so have to leave the house at 3:30...

Feeling a tiny bit tired now but I have a can of relentless & some pro plus for when I wake up (aka "the off my t*ts breakfast").

Should I find something to do for 4 hours or grab some microsleep, even though I'll feel terrible when I get up at 3 for a shower?

micro kip will work wonders even if only a hour, just dont get into bed, when ever i sleep for a hour or so on sofa i always get up fealing brilliant

Go to sleep and set the alarm to super duper ultra loud then break off the button that turns the alarm off. Then turn it up some more

At inlaws house. Vic's dad is watching a film downstairs and keeps telling me about the actors in it, so I've come upstairs & laid on the bed in my clothes... But now I'm in a dark quiet room, Im more wide awake than ever? What teh feck is that about?

Sleep. Feels great to get up knowing yuo're going away somewhere, especially if it's for a nice reason.

Holiday?

If it's travel for a crap reason stay awake.

I have little logic behind what i just said but am also bored and wide awake...

Got a meeting with the mafia so I'm off for a week in Italy :) thought I might as well make a trip out of it

Pretty good. Riding as much as possible. Going out for my first run with the Gixer Junkies lot tommorrow. Hopefully they're not all *****. ;)

Also budgeting for the next 4 months to see how many track days i can get in before the autmn. :D

So when are you coming out in the Peak District with us Southern (Souther than York) folk???
