I am unable to view any pictures, anyone know why?

are you on a work computer?
What browser do you use?
What do you see instead of pics? A small box with a red X inside or something else?
Do you have your eyes open when looking at your screen?

I am on a work computer, using internet explorer. I see a box with a red x
