just a quick question about using polish on my bike (bandit 650)

how often can you use

As my bro says it takes the top layer of paint off to remove minor scratches?

Never used muc-off,did use turtle for four yrs on my bandit was still perfect.I was keen in those days not cleaned my K9 yet,mean to after 4000 service.

Most waxes will be fine, as long as there no heavy cutting agents in them, i have heard that suzuki paint is not the thickest so wouldnt go round doing too much heavy polishing.
Use a mild easy apply wax and you should be fine.

I polished my panels the other day using 3m and a rotary polisher. As mentioned a lot will depend on the amount of cutting agent. If you polish and apply a cpl of coats of wax, you shouldn't need to polish it again for 6-12 months.

Waxed my bandit every couple of months cos I was using an old realease spray [glass fibre ]I got from ducati club did'nt know what effect it would have on paintwork
