Pocket bike fuel flooding
 

Just got a chinese 39cc water cooled 2 stroke bike which has been sat unused for a couple of years (mt-a4) Seems to run ok after but its pouring unburnt fuel out of the carb from the air filter and exhaust - it has not been run before - have stripped the carb and checked float valve. New carb needed?
