Interesting, if you are planning on using Windows 7 you get DVD writing capability built in anyway, including the ability to burn a disc from an ISO file.

I'll take a look at this though, its free after all :-), I currently use Daemon Tools (free also) to capture ISO images from DVDs etc.

Daemon tools:- Awsome piece of software, wouldn't know where i'd be without it lol.

where do you get Daemon Tools for free? I've only seen evaluation copies

You know what companies are like at twisting the truth so it's legally correct but i guess it is.

This is excellent! Thanks so much, fed up of using crap things like Media Player and the like, loved Nero on the old machine. Fankoo.

I think you're after Daemon Tools Lite, which is the free tool.
tbh I've never looked at the payed for version, so can't comment on the differences
