Got on the bike this morning and as I started up I noticed the Revometer went crazy, bouncing up to the red line and back a few times, even though the bike was on tickover. As I drove off the speedo then matched whatever the revs were saying, so it read about 60mph when I was pootling along at about 10mph. The speedo pretty much follows the revs, not exactly but close enough. Also the revometer didn't display the correct revs just bounced around all over the place seemingly randomly.
I did notice it was worst when under braking...an earthing wire maybe?
Any suggestions (I'm hoping to rewire the whole bike in a week or so).
