Restrictor for 2000 curvy

Hey was just wondering if anyone had a restictor kit for a 2000 curvy? :)
Its the washer restrictor isnt it? Or is it ECU aswell? im not to sure?

Curvy's were carbed so no ECU, washers for you mate
