Keyhole in seat fairing?
I notice a key hole on the nearside rear faring - what does this do? Is there some sort of cubby hole for my sarnies under the rear seat or something?

Re: Keyhole in faring
It's a gate way to Narnia! ;)
You are 100% correct, but you will not get much under the seat! |
Re: Keyhole in faring
As opposed to Narnia?

Re: Keyhole in faring
DO NOT! UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! OPERATE THAT KEY!
It will unless power far beyond your wildest expectations. The power is such that a rip in the space-time continumn will occur, sending you back (or forward, who knows) through time. Naaaaa its to get the pillion seat off. turn the key, and with it turned lift the pillion seat and slide it towards the tank a little. Marvel at the toolkit under the seat and discover how much you can fit in there. If you have a 1999-2002 (curvy) SV, you'll get alot under there. If its a pointy, not so much but still quite usefull If its a CBR600rr, you can get a credit card in there (just) |
