I know, why do it.

You too could take a SV1000 from 118bhp down to just 33bhp with this wonderous restriction kit!!!!!!!

Its a FI or whatever they are called.

Throttle stop and a big washer.

£40?

So you could ride a 1000cc bike at 17 im sure you would get some kudos off your mates for having such a big engined bike at such a young age but is rather pointless otherwise as the insurance would surely be astronomical
