Bucket for sale.

I am selling the SV.

For those that don't know it is a 2001 (registered in 2003) Curvy naked.

I want to sell it as a whole unit but if I don't get interest I will break it. Please do not ask me for individual parts until I have confirmed it is being broken down.

It's been down the road and repaired several times. The reg/rec went a while ago which destroyed the clocks. It now has a new reg/rec (pattern part) and is charging correctly but still has no clocks. The forks have been powder coated black and have yet to be driven on the road. It has clipons on instead of handlebars. R&G crash bungs. R&G (I think) tail tidy. After market hugger.

The engine is sound and has covered around 60k.

I also have spares which I will throw in.

Rear wheel
Swing arm
Standard shock (15k on it)
Fork lowers
Rear fairing (servicable but needs spraying)
Petrol tank Red (really small dink in it)
Front mud guard (Needs spraying)
Powder coated (black) torque arm
Standard exhaust with link pipe
Part worn but servicable clutch
Spare carbs (unsure what jets it has in)

I am sure I have other bit floating around which I will throw in as well. I can deliver the bike (trailored) within 50 odd mile radius from Chippenham or you can collect.

Looking for £700 for the lot.

Let the questions commence.

Thanks

Si.

I don't have up to date photo's and am not in a position to be able to get any at moment. It's a naked curvy with the clocks missing and clipons instead of handlebars. It has a unique paint job that most definitely could do with an overhaul. The bike is tatty but very much roadworthy. Brakes are good, engine is good, frame, forks and wheels are straight.

It is SORN as of last month. MOT is a good question. Not sure but at the end of the day without clocks it's not road legal anyway. It passed last MOT (whenever that was) with no advisories. I would say (to side with caution) it has no MOT.

Dont think it needs clocks to be road legal, they dont get checked in the MOT, check it out here:

The manuals there look pretty out of date, and I wouldnt trust some of their answers on the 'queuries' page either tbh.
