letter recived today
dear sir or madam
we acknowledge reciept of your letter intimating a claim on behalf of your client

WE ADMIT LIABILITY IS NOT IN DISPUTE, and your clients claim should therefore be capable for resolution without recourse to litigation

they also have offered free recovery and treatment due to being injured

its been a few hard months in the dp household due to this so tbh im ready to cry

also the org has come together to help me get the bike working before wednesday with some travelling large distances to get to preston

my accident( first one in 26 yrs) was in may this year...by june his insurance admitted liability...now 5 months on, they are sticking to,.. he wasnt at the scene even tho we had 4 witnesses.....police rang yesterday can we do an identity parade to pick him out, and yes he's changed his look!!! wtf...oh and he was an hit and run twice...( left scene, came back 20 mins later and drove off again)...it stinks big time and he's a managing director of his own business!!...im £5k outta pocket on the bike and clothing..and had knee surgery that is still causing day to day problems...:spiderman:..hope your good news isnt tongue in cheek m8:smt017

glad you got sorted, 3 months after mine 2 witness statements agreeing with me and they are still disputing it, my insurance company do not seem to be in any kinda hurry either
