Is lost...
Like a sheep in a field of snow...
Like a important spring in strip down of parts... But mainly peed off as of the 1 stone that I've lost from going to the gym I'm managed to almost put back on in less then 2 weeks. I must... I must.. I must stop eating these chocolate biscuits. Anyway... I need to get re-motivated. Any tips? I thinking maybe I need to do something at the gym, more then just cardio and other physical work outs. I did enjoy a few sparing session I had, and I'm a little paranoid to try Karate or something, plus I'm not sure its really for me. Any ideas? |

Set yourself a goal, with a prize.
If the cost of the choccie bikkies etc comes to xx per month, that's what you get to spend on whatever you want providing you hit your target weight each month. |

Why not try your local indoor climbing/bouldering wall. Martial arts are all well and good, but it's very easy to seriously injure yourself.

Why don't you try loosing a few pounds 1 week, then gaining 1 pound the following week (just 1 pound mind!), then loosing some more the next week, and gaining just 1 pound the following week. (You see a patter, don't you?)
This'll help you to see what you have to eat to loose weight, and how easy it is to gain just a tiny amount of weight, hopefully scaring you into EATING PROPERLY! |
