hi-viz winter jacket - Rayven FLUO

Went to my local bike gear outfitters to get a winter jacket for the daily commute. All I knew was that it had to be longish, to stop the wind at the back and warm, and possibly a non dark colour.
After trying 4-5 jackets ended up getting a Rayven FLUO - £99

As you can see its not completely Fluorescent, about 50:50. which makes it slightly less gaey.
It has some pretty neat features, the black shoulder area is a water proofed rubberised material which is pretty cool, cause in my experience its always the shoulders that seem to catch the rain. There is thinner material channels in the shoulders for your rucksack.
The main zip is a good quality rugged plastic type that runs smooth along with 6 pop studs to close the central zip rain cover. Its quick to get into and feels tight all round. It even has air vent zips which are sort of waterproof marine type zips. Has a detachable padded liner and the normal elbow / shoulder protection.

Q: Just wandering if anybody else has one and if there are any negative points ?

The guy at the shop said he'd had them since may and they are flying out ? Were originally £129 but the supplier agreed a reduction to £99

My only concern is that it might not be as warm as i'd orginally wanted but we haven't yet had a really cold frosty morning to test it ?
