why northern ireland was better

than here cos if some dosy drunkin bitch ran you over (as a pedistrian) a nice man with a fuzzy face on would go round and knee cap her, justice in action,

here she first deny's the incident (300 witness's yes 300) then tries to get legal aid when she's loaded (big merc and private plate) so first court date is binned , 2nd date comes round (a year later) and she throws a sickie,

therefore date binned again, this time for god knows how long, all while she'd still driving around, in said merc cos police didnt attend the scene so she got away with drunk driving, and i had to hobble my ass into the station just to get a copper to take a statement (with dislocated knee)

so someone tell me why should i obey any laws as first nothing gets done when you break them, 2nd you can brush of a court appearance so easily if it does go that far, 3rdly and finally, when its so much easyer to go and just bypass the system all togeather

no more mr nice dave preston full blow ******* mode engaged, cos doing the right thing just gets you ****ed

Wouldn't have kneecapped a woman, the worst the ever did was tar and feather them, most likely they'd have just put her windows in and told her to get out.:D:D

Or you'd get some wee spide from Poleglass to hijack the merc.;)

Ah Dave, i feel for ya buddy. But you know if you behave like them then you're no better than them, right?

Now if you were to spill some brake fuild over her car cos its hard to hold an open container and use crutches at the same time then who could blame ya? ;)

Not seriously suggesting you do that mate.

I suggest something stronger.

If in doubt, kneecap?

Better hope it's not mistaken identity then...

I know how you feel...

I had a Sergeant ask me, in a friendly manner, "is it really worth taking the wee lassie through the courts." "Oh, and by the way, I've never known anyone in 22yrs of policing survive an accident like that." Whilst I'm laid on a spinal board... Her car half thro' the wall next to me.

My reply, "what if that's a typical example of her driving?" Meds kick in and I'm away with the fairys.

she got a year's ban, and had to retake her test.

Stick in there matey. Good things come to those who wait.

Used to worry about that when I was in some of the rougher areas of Befast until I realised that bad things only tend to happen to bad people. Not sure what I would do in your situation to be honest. Always easiest to scr3w over the law-abiding (ie. you), if you want proof just check tax / national insurance on pay-slip.
