SV650s Breaking w/ GSX-R front end
Okay, I bought a '98 CBR900RR the other day because I didn't trust my SV any more. I had an accident the other day and since then haven't been able to get any heat to the tyres and it just feels awful. Damage to the bike is front subframe bent, LHS fairing snapped but repairable as not too scratched up. Specs:
SV650s 2000 with V5, logbook, FSH (barring most recent service done by me and my mechanic mate), 33000 miles, Candy Grand Blue. Has aside from stock: Sold Pyramid plastics belly pan in carbon look, cracked - £10 Braided hoses - £25 Sold! :D K3 GSX-R Front End with SRAD wheel - £500 (comes rolling with clipons, brakes (with the new discs and pads + braided lines), needs bearings sorted) CCC exhaust (dented a tad but serviceable and definitely stubbiable) - £30 Sold Pyramid plastics undertray (colourmatched) - £15 and regular scratches from the Sold Carbon look hugger - £30 White powdercoat on wheels (now back wheel only) (£50 each?) Recently fitted new clutch cover as I got punted off (this is what cracked the belly pan) so have a water pump cover/section x 2 (£15 each) Sold New crash bungs, unfitted, bought for £30, will take £15. I'm running DHM footpegs and have a spare one of these with housing and a spare housing (where I've used the footpeg) in silver. - £10 for the spares, £40 per rearset, £85 for both rearsets and spares) I also have rearset riser plates in black. - £15 for both sides Wavy disc on rear wheel. - £25 Sold Also has Dunlop Qualifier RRs in 120/60 front and 160/60 rear but these are provisionally sold. Front wheel will not include spacer/bearings as have had some issues with these, but the wheel is perfectly balanced. Basically I'm breaking it because it would cost me a fair bit to fix up and I think I can do better this way. I'll give good prices compared to ebay etc and won't make money on postage or anything like that- this site has been great to me (and I hope will continue to be, 'blade owners?). So yeah! Let me know what you want and as per the site rules I will give prices. Also feel free to give part numbers. Can provide photos on request, but here's one: http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._1689035_n.jpg More prices: Stock exhaust system (very clean, will resand it upon sale) - £30, £55 with can Rear shock, decent condition - £20 Sold Tail unit (small scratch) - £25 Sold RHS fairing - £50 Sold Black nose cowl piece - £15 Clocks - £40 Sold Clock surrounding (VGC) - £10 Good quality chain - £30 Sold - LHS mirror remains sans extender Mirrors + chewy's extenders (mirrors are scratched on the outside from general use, will polish them up a bit) - £15 each or £25 for both Various old fairings lying about, one RHS, two LHS (includes snapped one) - £20 Provisionally sold Front seat - £30 Rear seat - £20 Have to go to work now, will return! |
