For Sale - CBR954 Fireblade 02 - £3330 Price Reduced !

I'm afraid that the time has come & I've got to sell my Blade, long story but I'm just looking to see if there's any interest in it here first before advertising it properly.

2002 (02) Plate, CBR954
Red & Black
Absolutely spotless, apart from a couple of light silly marks from a belt buckle on the tank.
32,000 miles (7,000 by me since June this year)
Full service history, new BT021 rear tyre (BT016 on the front about half worn).
Crash bungs, Goodridge braided lines, with new pads on the back.
Viper race can, still got the original can here too.

This is a 150bhp missile!

£3500 ovno, anyone keen?

These aren't that commonly available - there's only 1 on Biketrader at the moment.

Cheers
James

Ad listed on GumTree (may as well exhaust all the free options first before BikeTrader or evilBay)

Re: For Sale - CBR954 Fireblade 02 - £3,500 ovno

New lower price of £3300 and a couple of wee updates since this was listed.

- It's currently in getting it's big 32,000 mile service (500 miles early as there's 31,500 on the clock) with the instructions "whatever it needs, just do it"
- New back tyre (500 miles)
- I've got a lowering kit (which is basically just two plates!) which makes it a bit more comfortable and easier on the wrists (it's a 30 minute job to swap these back if this set up doesn't suit)
- 2 x keys
- Loads of paperwork etc all here

Anyone interested before I eBay & Bike Trader it..?

Re: For Sale - CBR954 Fireblade 02 - £3,500 ovno

Another nudge to say, that's the big 32,000 mile service all done, no problems whatsover and I took it out for a 100 mile run on Sunday, just for test purposes obviously.

The lowering kit has made it handle much nicer, it's more flickable now, and it's running beautifully.

I'm dithering like a fool about selling this now, I absolutely love it and it's such an awesome machine.

If I wasn't in the middle of saving for a house, it'd be staying for sure, but needs must.

Proper batch of photos - I took it for a quick run to Tesco last night and it felt like I was taking an old dog for it's last walk before going to the Vets.

I'll be seriously gutted to see this go - especially now the back end's been lowered a smidge, the handling is just out of this world now.

Now on BikeTrader

Listed for £3,500 - I'd take £3,300 from an 'Orger.

Cheers

Would you be interested in flogging the exhaust can seperately :D

I assume it would fit a 929 as well?

Re: For Sale - CBR954 Fireblade 02 - £3,500 ovno

Haha, it certainly will fit a 929!

I've got it listed on the biketrader ad with the Viper can, but I tell you what - if a potential buyer doesn't want the can, it's yours for whatever I knock off as a haggling point to sell the bike.

E.g. if I knock off £50 for not taking the can, it's yours for £50. That sounds like a deal?
