Torque setting?

Hi people,

Could anyone tell me the torque setting for the allen headed bolt in these pictures, I want to remove it to fit a "P" clip for routing my Scottoiler pipework.

It's a K3 by the way!

No thats what it says. It appears to pinch onto another bit threaded onto the main engine mounting bolt....
