Any good quality mild cutting agent gently used on a rotary or random orbit polisher will do, then buy the best wax you can afford and mop that as well, autoglim is ok for the money.
By hand will always leave swirl marks and fine lines, polishing with a machine will be much better. Microfibre cloths are the best for polishing, cleaning etc. Costco, if you know where there is one sell 30 cloths for about £15 and you can wash them over and over again, last for ages. I use them for drying the bike, wife uses them for cleaning around the house etc. My mate does fine detailing on cars for a living, ferrari's, lambos, etc and charges around £600 for a full paint correction and he told me about the cloths so highly recommended. |
