Sound gd, i am huge fan of help of heroes, always were my wrist band and try and promote them, when ever i get a chance

Yep i`ve been listening when I can most of the day..... and some very sad stories, lots have reduced me to tears and made me feel guilty for worrying about trivia. I`ve listened to a 19 year old guy who`s lost both arms and a leg, another guy of 20 who`s lost both legs, a hand, fingers of the other hand and has severe facial disfigurement.

The list goes on and on... another young man of 20 who`s lost half an arm, half a leg and is now blind. Yet not one of them complained and had nothing but praise for the medics who treated them and saved their lives. One guy said he`d go back again adn the only thing he`d do differently is to duck!!
