Parking

I live at the end of a cul de sac. Now im naughty and park my car in the turning circle (whilst work is being done on my garden so I can use this as a drive).

Now this morning the driver of the school van that picks up the special needs kid in the street had a right strop at me (for the first time) came out all guns blazing about how I should move my car, I told her that I was working on the garden and it should be complete by Monday but no that was not good enough and she threatened about crashing into my car/ reporting me.

Now im not really worried about being reported however if I come home tonight and my car is damaged can I claim on her insurance?

Thanks.

Report the threatening behaviour to the police, that means if you do find your car damaged you have a record that a threat was made to damage it that is datestamped BEFORE you have to report damage.

Sounds like she's being a little unreasonable ....

She won't hit it ........... but if she did unless someone see's her do it, you're screwed !!!

Can you not park somewhere else for a few days if it causing an obstruction ...

+1

And if theres no rules about parking there (lines, restricted time etc) i wouldnt of thought she would have a leg to stand on when reporting you for your parking.
