High compression piston kit

Anyone know where you can buy a wiseco highcompression piston kit? I'm looking to do some work to my SV650 race bike, considering carrillo rods also.

Thanks in advance.

You had better put a few cranks on your shopping list too!!

Why not 'busa pistons and skim head, cheaper and probably lighter.

I know Yvonne, everyone you ask about engine work gives you a different recomendation! Not 100% what I want to do yet but theres going to be alot of SV's on the grid next year, its a pitty but it seems you have to do something with the engine to have a chance of competing.

Try Steve Jordan's. He's running that gear in his SV700 thunderbike.

HTH.

As long as yer not more than 650cc ;)

Someone is going to get caught out - there were several stripped at the road races this year - all were ok but sooner or later.....

they would need to make a bit more of a effort when checking them, you dont have to bore them out to make them 700cc

No but I don't think going long-stroke would be the best thing for them.

Why don't they just check like in F1 pylon racing? Fill cylinder with oil and measure volume.
