real, I guess.
A lot of skill - like they had on what's the footballer that looks like shrek? his street football TV competion/show.
And lots of patience/time to keep doing it until it works :) (including clearing the previous attempts balls out of the shot)

There's no way you could photoshop this. Camera is not on a tripod either so would be difficult to cut and paste video together.
