Cat and Fiddle today... in the snow
 

I had to go to Crewe today for work and needed to get back to chesterfield in the afternoon.

Every road going was closed A66/A57/A54/A536... I was going to have a go at the A54 to buxton but I was following a 4x4 that had a bumper sticker saying 'don't follow me, you wont make it' so I didnt want to tempt fate by following it along the closed A54... instead opting for the closed Cat and Fiddle as I fancied my chances.

It was amusing to say the least, never seen snow like it.

Well at least it gave you a better view than the usual fog at the top of the Cat n Fiddle G!

Must admit I do have some nice pics from here today. Not seen so much in many years. Nor have i seen a BMW drive up a hill sideways
