Honda VFR400 NC24 SOLD

I've got the above bike in my garage taking up valuable Kawasaki space ;)

I bought her a year ago with the view to do her up as either a spare road bike or possibly a track bike, I haven't had the time or the energy to start doing this.

She was dropped by the previous owner who used it as a hack to get to and from work and needs a new screen brace as it snapped the old one near where the mirror mounts on.
Also the nose cone needs repairing/replacing (you can pick a second hand one up for around £20 - 30 on ebay)

It's a 1991 H reg and does need a fair bit of TLC.

The bike is near Bedford.

At the moment the fairings are off as are the front brakes, I was going to clean them up as they're seized but ran out of time!
The biggest problem is that it needs either a new collector box or the old one repairing.
I have had the bike running and it's got a brand new battery on it.

I've got one picture of it but it's not recent, if anyone wants updated ones then drop me a pm and i can get new pictures taken (I don't want to venture out in the cold cold garage if I don't have to ;) )

This is what it used to look like and still could if a few inexpensive jobs were done!

I'm going to see if I can bully the OH into going and clearing the way in the garage tonight.......I'll stick the pictures up on here as soon as I get them!

You know that you will need to do work to it first?

The collector box needs repairing/replacing before it'll go through an MOT....

I also have an NC21 in the garage and I'm too lazy to go out and see what that needs doing to it ;)
