Nah, i had stubble at 15, trouble is i hate shaving and wish i had bum fluff ;) now i just get more grey than any other colour and im only 39.
Anyway, cant remember that far back.

BTW, when i used to use electric, i always had phillips rotary 3 head jobbies, they are the best i think.

I bought one of these when it was on offer for 75quid, top of the range jobbie. I used it twice and it got clogged up the second time. It worked, but the time it took and the result, I was quicker and better having a wet shave.

I much prefer using my "safety razor", well it's called a safety razor but you have to be a bit careful, otherwise you will have your face off. Best thing to shave with espically when you put a fresh sharp blade in.

Much better than a Gillette mach 3, 4, turbo, booster rocket vibrator thingy.

electric razors are a bit like women, they all take far to long to do what they have to do.

I use a similar one and know what you mean about being a bit careful. Once had to cancel a date as while I was getting ready I took a good half inch gouge out of my chin with it.

I got Chris a Philips beard trimmer for Christmas. It has a "hoovering" system on it that keeps all the trimmings in the little collection bin and then you empty it. Blooming god send now (no mess) and does a good job of shaving too. He doesn't like the complete off so the first setting is perfect for him. Was about £35 I think.
