Google "Ron Ayers microfiche"
Click on the 'microfiche' link
Go Suzuki, select 2005, select SV650
Find the gear lever, copy the part number
Click on the "reverse part lookup" at the bottom of the page.
Paste the part number and click the button.

Look at all the models it fits.

Quite often you'll find that they'll label up something like that when it first comes out and just don't get round to updating it later.

So they'll stock it in say 2004 and when they do it'll fit k3-k4, they'll then not go back later and re-label it.

h8907 - worth asking work to pay for it? Looks like they contributed a lot to your downfall.

It would probably be a tricky one from a liability POV but worth asking.

I'm sure some ambulance chaser would pick up the case on a no win no fee basis if you wanted.
