Introduction

Hello and good evening to all SV650.org members.

First of all, as pointed out by Spiderman, I must apologise for a breach of etiquet on my part. I've posted a thread without introducing myself first.

So here is my introduction.

My name is Paul, I'm 33 years old, and today I have realised a 16 year old dream of owning a Motorcycle. I've put the cart before the horse slightly, as I don't yet have a full licence, but I'm starting DAS on 1st Feb 10. CBT, theory & Hazard Perception Tests all done, so wish me luck for next week.

As I mentioned, today I bought my first bike. It's a 'T' reg SV650S. It's cost me £1000, & has 36,000 on the clock. The reason I've bought it early is I know the bike needs a bit of work on it before it's roadworthy, and this way I've got time to get it ready for when I've passed my test.

I'll post some more details & some photos hopefuly over the next couple of days.
