wrong item delivered but more expensive so i want to keep
 

my girlfriend ordered a bike lock froma online store, a huge box arrived today, invoice says bike lock,

but inside this huge box is a £500 quid racing bike,

where do we stand with this. obiously dont fancy sending it back if i can help it lol

I once returned something to a store I received in excess to my order; no thanks and they wouldn't refund the postage! Guess I'm the mug.
