didn't go out last night as I had abdominal pain and very tender to touch. all my joints, legs/arms hurt

This morning walking the dog hurt.

I am producing more wind than a hurricane, and my bum must have exploded about 20 times.

Still a good excuse to work from home and peruse the org

I can empathise. I'm back to work on Monday after a week off ill, with a 3 day stay in hospital to clear a kidney infection as well.

Damn this kidney business :(
