Careful when ordering e111/ehics (and other governent id-y stuff) some web companies are paying to appear higher up in google and charging a small fee for services you wouldn't normally have had to pay for...if you'd....'gone direct gov'...

oops sorry somehow missed your second one, it was the tell insurance you're going that reminded me HSBC threw a paddy when I tried to use my card abroad (and that's despite telling them :rolleyes: )
