Where to buy hole saw and/or sanding wheel?

I need to cut the lower fairing on my SV to fit my motosliders, but I don't have anything to cut it with. I've seen hole saws and sanding wheels mentioned in a few posts, but I'm not sure where to get them?

I also need a breaker bar, what size should I get, 16" or 24"?

Try machine mart or screw fix for hole saw, and as far as breaker bar, I'd get the biggest I could
