What a brilliant idea this is. At least women can feel safe now .


With the high rate of attacks on women in secluded car parks, especially during evening hours, the Cardiff City Council has established a "Women Only" car park at the new St David’s Shopping Centre.
Even the attendants are exclusively female so that a comfortable and safe environment is created for patrons.

lol... I saw a bright pink scooter today complete with pink top box!! maybe I should get myself one :D I seem to remember my friends daughter having a lady penelope plus scooter!!!

That joke fails when you realize that to get into St David's you have to drive around and around and around and around and around and around and around a corkscrew to get up to the parking from street level, and no doubt all the birds in their little Corsas with 'Princess on Board' signs will have dozed off or started nattering or something and missed one of the turns and gone straight ahead and WWEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee *smash*
