Suspension settings? Again.

Hi guys been looking for some suspension setups. I am 5ft 8 and weigh 11 stone 2 (70kg) in riding gear.

You'll find one setup in those tuby things that hold your front wheel on and another one inside that springy thing next to the exhaust.

Throw us a freakin bone man! What do you want to do with the bike and what do you want to spend?

Sorry for not being more specific. I have a 2002 SV650s I dont want to change anything just wondering if there was any setup guides for the SV or any recomendations anyone can make to adjust the suspension already on the bike. Thanks

How much you weigh?
chances are you can't get it anywhere near without changing parts.

No point pointing you at a setup guide for non-adjustable suspension.

In riding gear 70kg the front forks have adjusters on the top. Or is it worth me changing springs and oil
