The supernatural poll
 

Do you believe in the supernatural? Ghosts and the like?
Ever been to a place were you were afraid, even though there was nothing there.
Pehaps even seen a ghost? Or strange unexpalined things happen?

Having grown up in a haunted house...I do believe...and have more than enough scary tales to last a lifetime.
And I hate fekking ghosts btw.

Recently sold my Mom's house since she is in a home(hospice) now.
Wonder how the new owners are getting on there.
My sister wanted to tell the real estate agent the house was haunted but I advised her against it as he would think we're nutters and not want to sell the house!


So what do you think?
Is there something else out there or is it all make believe?

Everything is explainable. If there isn;t a sound and solid scientific theory to back up some phenomena...then its down to "dark" energy or matter.

I don't believe in ghosts as such, but I do believe there are many things we don't yet understand.

My opinions are a little too complicated to go into on here, but let's just say, everything's connected.

Some might say you've already met a spook but didn't know they were just a specter.
I'd like to think that those I've loved who died might be around but to date I ain't experienced anything to make me think they are.

I did get a good kick in once and thought I'd died and came back but after looking back on it all, it was most probably the bottles round the back of my head or the kicks to the face that produced the flashes of light & weird visions.
I like to think that guardian angels live amongst us as our friends/family/kindly strangers rather than some other worldly force.

I'm not saying they're not there, just I need to touch, taste, smell, feel, see & hear something before I can subscribe.

I don't follow a faith but would say CofE if pushed (not that I've anything against this) but I do think it's odd that I find myself praying to someone when I'm grateful, sad, angry etc.
I often wonder if this is because I've been taught to or because I need to know someone is listening?

Anywho, one things for sure, I can't prove nuffin either way so I'm on the fence toeing either side depending how good or bad a day I've had.
