Newbie looking for buying advice please.

Hi,

I'm currently looking to buy a SV650, everyone keeps on telling me what a fantastic bike they are, Was wondering if anyone would have some buying tips?
I'm going to be running it restricted for the first 6 months. I was looking at the photos and on catalogue 1 there's a gorgeous Blue and white bike any idea what body kit he has on it??? I want that bike its truly amazing, Any advice will be appreciated.

Depends on your budget.
Is it a Curvy...... Older model, or Pointy....Newer Model.
Suzuki Quality isn't the best, so you need to be looking at rust on bolts etc. Rear caliper siezes up so you cant get the pins out to change the pads.
Service history is a bonus. Engines seem to be goodo on the whole, not heard of many going pop. Someone else will be along to add to this, but thats all I can think of at the moment.
