Hi

I'm planning to sell my full faired Black K8 and buy R6.
Anyway... the dealer suggested to buy for £3000.

Now the bike got datatool. black wind shield. M4 exhaust. crash bungs. tail tidy.
and 2000 mile.

should I sell it for £3000? or how much should I look for?

the bike to in mint condition.

Eh?!? I mean't part exchange, where you go to the dealer that has the R6 you want had use your SV as a bargaining tool to either drive down the price of the R6 or drive up the value of the SV, or both.

Oh yeah sorry.

This what I'v been told that they would part exchange it for £3000.

So I'm wondering if I should see it for more if I could or part exchange it.

I would think £3k is a fair price, check bike trader or ebay to see what sort of price they go for.

The dealer will might offer you £500 below what you'd get selling privately. They offered my husband £2500 p/ex for hid F650gd Dakar and he sold it on Ebay for nearer £3k.

Why not stick it on Ebay for a week at £3500 or sensible offers and see what interest you get.

+1 just traded my o7 with 8.5 k on the clocks and a knackered fairing lower for £2670, so 3k seems too cheep to me.
