cost for chain and sprockets fitted?
 

Any one had this done recently that can give me an idea of the cost to do this.

Good morning all.


As Scoobs says expect to pay around £100 for parts. I recommend a Tsubaki SG chain which is of premium grade & JT patter sprockets. I supply this kit for £115 including a new tab washer for the gearbox sprocket nut, to forum members.
I would normally charge 1.5 hours to fit it or an hour if it's being done with additional work. My labour rate is £36+VAT to members. I can't say what other areas charge.

So in the region of £150 wouldn't be far off.

I did the sprockets myself and took the bike to the mechanic to change the chain. Cost me a tenner.

Our usual charge dependant on what C&S kit people go for is generally about £168.75 which is an hours labour and a Regina Gold Z ring heavy duty chain or Renthal Heavy duty Oring and JT sprockets.
