GSXR yoke fitting problem.
Fitting GSXR Forks (K3)...
In process of getting the central stem in place before getting all the other bits sorted... Think it all in properly, in place, etc... then this: (The top cover won't fit over where it should as the adjuster nuts are too high) http://i41.tinypic.com/a2zw52.jpg http://i40.tinypic.com/72r6t4.jpg http://i40.tinypic.com/4hbp7n.jpg It can't be the bottom not in place as the bottom yoke is where it should be... The top bearings feel like they're in place - so I'm a bit stumped? Is there any way where the bearings 'feel' like they're in place, but actually not?? Or is there another trick I'm missing? |
Re: Fitting Front Forks Issue
Put it underneath the adjuster nuts.

Re: GSXR yoke fitting problem.
I'd already ordered it myself and left :p lol!
Although the good news is I've finally got the forks on and sorted! Only bits now are to order a speedo unit for it and get that wired in, and then find a way of shifting the stubborn bolt that holds the footpeg onto the hanger! |
