How much is my bike worth?
 

for a start take no notice of my sig as the bike will mostly be returned to standard

so i want to know how much my crash damaged sv 650 k3 N will sell for (there are a few variable's though)

well to start with

the bike has 18.XXX miles on the clock
the tires have about 1000 -1500 miles if that on them (avon storm's)
oil and filter change at 18.000 miles
chain and sprockets have plent of life in them
service book fully stamped inc 15,000 mile service
fresh coolant 2000 miles ago
polished rear wheel
new front wheel bearings
new brake pads front and 1000 miles on the rear's HH sinterd
braided front lines standard rear line
fresh serviced front calipers
standard exhast will be refitted (perfect condition)
standard rear sets with broken rear brake leaver
painted black rear master cylinder (hammerite)
standard seat and grab rail
ermax undertray and indicators
clear rear light (standard included)
small plate (standard included)
led plate bolts (one working)
standard chain guard
painted rear pillion pegs/hangers small chips
standard mud guard
standard bars
new fork springs .9n and 10w oil (comes with standard springs)
recent speedo rotor and drive replacment with a 4000mile unit
disks are good and have no play
hardly any rust on exhast headers
gsxr 1000 k4 shock (come with standard as well)
INC rad grills

very clean bike apart from the below

now the bad bad parts the front end is smashed up no lights indicators might work, front light bracket and holders are bend, top and bottom yokes look slightly bent forks look bent, and have gone soft even with 0.9n springs, the fork fender thing has a carbon shard forced in to it from the bottom, the handle bars are bent (come with originals) the mirrors are broken (comes with mini ones), will need to replace air filter, right side rear pannel has broken at the front mount, head bearing might be broken, need new clocks

so what rough figure do you think it will fech ?

Would have thought if you sort out the forks and front mudguard get the standard headlight back on it would be worth about £1500 if the crash damage is noticeable but then again i haven't seen it and pics are always hard to judge by.

aye fix it up first otherwise brake it for spares

the damage would not be noticable if i repared the front end there is literly no damage other than the stated

and a k3 on auto trader with more miles is £2.3k

thats why its going back to standard

does any one think i could get a grad ? £800 ? as it is atm but with original bars, seat, rear sets, and mud guard

What condition is the tank, rear plastics frame and engine casings like? Eg scratches and what not?

If they are sound or not noticeable then you should be able to claw back £1500 i would have thought.
Although forks are the expensive bit to fix. Actually when i did my front end in i found a set of stantions for about £170 with seals and oil brand new for the set so could be worth a search.

[Edit] And that would be a quick sale so i would have though a little more possibly for a private sale. Then again who knows as its only worth what someones willing to pay.
