New bar ends.
Went for a new rear tyre one sunny Saturday in a noisier then usual workshop. Avon ST of course, quickly and beautifully fitted by a pro (no messy stuff left on tyre wall etc.). While the tyre was being fitted I notice that the bar end weights has been removed too!
and not too soon, I found out what happen. Appearing from the corner of a now quiet workshop, in a pair of skilled hands, there it was, freshly handcrafted from solid stainless steel, still warm to the touch, two new and shiny end weights. Made with aviation precision they fitted on the the bars with grace. My 10 years old SV has never had it so bling, while for me, stopping at traffic light has become more interesting :D http://i1006.photobucket.com/albums/...f/IMG_8531.jpg http://i1006.photobucket.com/albums/...f/IMG_8528.jpg http://i1006.photobucket.com/albums/...f/IMG_8525.jpg http://i1006.photobucket.com/albums/...f/IMG_8536.jpg http://i1006.photobucket.com/albums/...f/IMG_8523.jpg |
