SV650 vs RF600

Its new bike time, going to have to travel for a bike any ways due to there being feck all around here. Any how I've narrowed it down to the two of them based on appearance and price, insurance etc. Has any one had both of them or either of them?

You will be faster on SV. RF6 is a bit gutless and wallowy suspenders even compared to a stock SV.
Also lots more plastic to break on RF :-P

ER6F definitely slower than SV and you will struggle to find them as cheap. Plus they are parallel twin.

Oh right. Didn't realise your budget was only £500.

GSX600F is basically the same thing though totally different.

If you were looking at RF you might as well get the 900, which means you might as well get a GSXR, unless it's cheap.

Well thats a pointless response really isn't it? no I don't exactly have a lot of money to spend on anything and I want a new (to me) bike is it so much of a bad thing to get a cheap one?
