:D

took long enough, was a pain to get the pistons out, had to huck them up to my master C and pump them out, was nervous about pulling the pistons as you cant get bremob seals unless you spend loads of time and effort (only ktm sell brembo seals and there communication is use less)

Good stuff. One place cleaning pays off. See what I mean about the coating throughout? Most of jap stuff is plain alloy inside the seal recesses.

Can't tell you more about the seals than you already know, maybe greek or tilt know something more.

yup there was not a spot of corrosion or rust on them at all, and the seals looked nearly new

Hi, you can get all the spare parts for the brembo callipers from KTM, they are the only people that are allowed to supply brembo seals and other stuf, you just need to get the stuf for a 2004 KTM 660 smc the brake is the same as RSV mille 1998-2000 falco (most years) tuono 2003 - 2005 (i think) you just have to order 2x of every thing as the smc only has one brake

just spent £60 on 2 pad springs, 4 titanium pins, and a bleed nipple ......

now i need custom brake lines, pads and loads of bolts

If you going to do any bare ally in dishwasher don't use them block things... they turn stuff black.

Jif works pretty good if you doing it by hand.
