Hopefully this isn't a repeat (it's fairly recent so it shouldn't be).

Some American with a death wish decided to mod his ZX-10R by cutting very large holes in the frame. He explained his reasoning thusly:

If you're not aware why this is a really, really, really stupid thing to do then it's explained neatly in the thread linked above.

He's only gone and made air filters for it... Not only that but look at the pics, he'd gone to so much trouble to kill him self, and so much trouble to make these airfilters, but one of the pics shows a big gap between the filter and the extra hole in the airbox he cut..

C'mon Shervy you tool, if you're going do it, at least do it right

So he's actually cut holes in the frame of the bike, large ones with pointy bits to act as stress risers, and then has cut holes in the side of the airbox, and is using what looks like kitchen sponge as an air filter.

Holy moley.

What's the betting he pops a wheelie, comes down hard and finds himself sprawled over half the road, with his precious bike in little bits?
