new job

Just back from a days work trial. I got the job http://curvyriders.co.uk/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

It is just alternate saturdays and sundays with the occassional full weekend as a show room assistant at a local car dealers. Everyone was really friendly, I answered the phone and used the computerised switchboard about 10 times, accompanied a couple on a test drive. "worked" 10-4 and earned myself a nice wee £50. The dealers is a 2 min walk from my house, DD is around at weekend to look after kids.

I had a great time today and was Hazel again, was not called mum once.

Sorry for the waffle I just had a great day, feel some confidence returning. Going to shops after pay day to buy some new clothes for work, joggies and t shirts wont do.http://curvyriders.co.uk/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Awesome, sounds like a pretty good catch for a job there! What dealership you at? I might pop in there when looking for a car for myself in the winter :D

Im at mill lane which deals with Renault, Ford and Fiat. There was a wee Fiat 500 limited edition "Barbie" on the forecourt the other day, you will need to be quick if you want it ;)

Congratulations, I bet that feels good!!

I work just a couple of hours doing school lunchtimes and spend quite a few hours volunteering in the classroom, cant get used to being 'Mrs. Venn' :p
