Bl**dy Ebike
I removed a bike from my insurance policy with Ebike at the end of February & am still waiting for a return of premium cheque for £45.83, i have emailed them three or four times & have been given the excuse that they are having to do refunds manually due to some financial audit, now i may be being thick but i can't honestly see that it takes 3 months to write a cheque.
I emailed them again last night giving them a further seven days before i try to take matters further. Has anyone else had any problems with Ebike like this, i have started to wonder if they are covering up for being in financial difficulty due to the recession. |

Mentionyou will will be going to the financial ombudsman... I had the same proble with Privelaged car insurance. I did actually ring the FOS and they told ne to mention them and if that didn't get results they would take things further.
I mentioned them and had the refund the same day. |

Don't even start me on ebike... I'm currently waiting on 3 bits of premium refund :( Not to mention they almost cancelled my cover due to me apparently failing to send my driving licence and NCD proof to them. Problem was I sent it 3 times and each time they failed to update my records! They finally acknowledged receipt a day before my cover was cancelled and my insurance record tarnished for a long time...
I am unfortunately stuck with them for the time being as they are the only insurers who accept my NCD until liability has been officially admitted on my November accident :( |

ha ha try Ecar, lost a years NCB of my wifes it took 3 months for them to examine their records and write a letter.
They are awful.. |
