Stacey Moaner at it again !!

Extracted from an Autosport interview - full version can be found HERE

I guess he just doesn't :-

(a) See the irony in someone moaning about about people moaning !!

(b) Remember what his (unofficial) nickname is & what he did to 'earn' & deserve it !!

He is spot on right about the pathetic grids in motogp though.Unless they sort that out he wont have a series to moan about, and nor will we.

Is there irony in someone complaining about someone complaining about complainers? :)

He doesn't deserve that nickname imo. He usually is right, and he is here. If top riders aren't qualified to say those things, who is?

It's certainly no worse than Rossi "whinging" about traction control whenever he's not winning races, but that's quickly forgotten.

@Custard - I don't see him mentioning 3rd and 4th factory machines. He just thinks Suzuki should do their bit for grid sizes too and field some satellite bikes.

just seems to be a good bit of marketing for his prospective employers...

I (hope anyway) that I don't have his reputation for moaning which is where the irony is !!

As for being ". . .no worse than Rossi. . ." when did you start following MotoGP ? Stoner has been whinging his entire career Rossi just had a short spell.

He has got a point regarding the size of the grids - It is a joke. when a GP weekend comes round I look forward to the 125's and Moto2 now more than the main event.

Not a fan of the Stonner but agreed with much of what he said.

The high heid yins could do with taking much of it on board too.

Clone some De Puniets for a start.:)

Have to admit that I'm with Luke on this one. I prefer 125s &, most of all, Moto2 to watching Motogp. I also, in a way, agree with Stoner, but, if a back marker gets in the way, he is the 1st to complain. Last years bikes will be slower, he said this years are 5-6% off factory..... That is a lot when being ridden to the max.
It would be nice to see bigger grids in MotoGp, but I suppose funds are tight for these teams & they dont have the budgets the manufacturers have.
